Shipping policy

Orders for all in stock items are prepared for shipment within 24-48 hours of placing on order (excluding weekends and holidays). 

All items marked as special order will be filled as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. These lead times can vary, but usually fall within 5-7 days, however, some items may be subject to longer backorders. We will communicate order status, ETA and shipping information on these items via email. 

Drop ship items will be set up to ship directly from the factory to the address you provide. Tracking will be provided as soon as we are given notice of shipment.
